The ALccd-cameras are specially made for the ambitionous and advanced astronomy photographer. With the small 6µm pixel they are perfect for telescopes with high resolution, like Newtonians with f/4 or faster, or for apochromatic refractors.


Operation with MaximDL:

The operation of the camera with MaximDL is also possible, the integration does not occur via classical driver, but on ASCOM. You have to install:

-camera system driver - ASCOM platform - camera ASCOM driver

Now you can choose your camera in Maxim as ASCOM and a window is opening, there you can find your camera model.
