Full frame imaging. Designed for astrophotography with Full Frame 24x36mm cameras. This includes cameras such as FX DSLRs, Mirrorless and TEC cooled CMOS cameras. At a fast focal ratio of F5.0 and a 450mm focal length, there is nothing on the market with this optical performance we know of.

Fast yet filter-friendly. The fast F5.0 focal ratio allows the use of ultra narrowband filters with maximum contrast and more evenly distributed gradients with "on-band" fields, requiring minimal intervention in post-processing. Filters offer maximum contrast even at the periphery of the field, and will perform their best, even in the most heavily light polluted environments. F5.0 also allows for perfect colour correction between channels for narrowband or dual-band imaging, with great star quality edge to edge.

Dual ED optics for perfect apochromatic colour correction. The optical design features two ED (Extra Dispersion) elements, and will outperform any dedicated camera lens, even those costing several times the price. It performs especially well on bright hot white stars.

• Improved dual-speed rack and pinion focuser with new bearings for accuracy and minimal flex for astro imaging. Fully compatible with Altair AAF Motor Focuser module, Pegasus Focuscube, and other EAFs. • The optimum camera sensor distance from the rear M48 thread is 55mm with full frame cameras. APS-C sensor cameras have approx. 10-15mm tolerance.
• The focuser has a choice of 3 male thread adaptors. Focus is achieved when the focuser is extended by the following amounts:

• 360° Field rotator for quick and easy framing.
• A set of 3x rear collimation screws allow easier tilt-adjustment of the imaging-train, which can be done in real-time assisted by astro imaging software. So you can add cameras, filter wheels and OAGs with confidence.
