The effort of construction of the titanium frame for the lens system is not inconsiderable. Here we can use the decades of experience and expertise of LZOS, which finally manufactured practically all Russian space optics. LZOS runs its own glass research/development and also produces these glasses itself. This results in perfect control of every stage of development.
