Orion tube rings - aluminium - for tubes with D=100 mm Stable tube mounting rings with hinge The rings have a flat support surface on both sides. At the base of the rings there is an M6 female thread for attachment to a dovetail bar or to the top plate of the mount. On the opposite side of one ring you will find a female thread (1/4" photo thread), on the one of the other a male photo thread with counter ring for attaching a camera. The rings have a felt lining to protect the telescope tube.
