Die Klemmung selbst wird einerseits mit einem sogenannten Druckschuh realisiert, der die Flanken der Prismenschiene schont und übliche punktuelle Druckstellen vermeidet. Diese Prismenklemme ist ausschließlich für die Azimutale Montierung Spica verwendbar.
