Astronomik LRGB Interference Color Filter Set Type IIC 1.25'' Interference Color filters are especially suited for CCD imaging. You can take impressive, true-color composit images with monochrome CCD cameras such as the ATiK cameras. Used on the moon and the planets these filters will make for very contrasty images. The transmission is nearly by 100%.
Each Astronomik color filter blocks infrared light. That way you do not need the otherwise obligatory IR cut filter. Transmission curves are very precise and far more efficient than common color filters. Excellent transmission of desired wavelengths is the result.
