The APM XXL AzMaxLoad mount was designed in response to requests from many customers for a very large, stable and extremely robust alt-azimuth mount.

- Pre-installed encoders on both axes
- Axles of sufficient strength, generously dimensioned, high-quality bearings
- Axial needle bearings combined with plain bearings
