Product description Classy CNC Tube Rings with elegant design and uncompromising quality A beautiful telescope should be attached to the mount with perfect tube rings, too. Here, a beautiful look is as much in demand as gut technical properties. The CNC tube rings fulfill these requirements. The tube has only 8 mm distance to the bottom side of the rings, thus the mount is not additionally loaded by unnecessarily long levers. The tubes have plane support surfaces on both sides with five female M6 threads on each side. 1 M6 thread in the middle, 2 M6 threads at a distance of 19 mm from the middle, 2 M6 threads at a distance of 30mm from the middle. With this, you can easily attach dovetail bars and accessories. With only 5 mm thickness, the rings are lightweight yet very stable A thin layer of felt was put on the inside of the tube rings for avoiding scratches. TS Adapter for recessed adaptation of correctors in the focuser UNCN3M82 The TS V-Power focuser with the M82 threaded connection on the camera side accepts large correctors up to 3" body diameter. This adapter allows correctors to be connected via the M68x1 male thread on the corrector. The corrector is recessed into the draw tube, saving valuable optical path. Tilting, as is possible with clamping, is eliminated by the screw connection. On the camera side, the adapter has an M48x0.75 male thread for further adaptations. How the adapter works and what to consider: ♦ Screw the corrector into the M68x1 female thread of the adapter. ♦ Then screw the adapter with the corrector into the M82x1 female thread of the focuser. ♦ Please consider that the adapter needs 9 mm travel (length of the M68x1 female thread and overall length of the adapter) - these 9 mm must be subtracted from the working distance of the corrector. The advantage is that all larger correctors offer a longer working distance. Application example: TSKORW3 on a 325 mm f/4 Newtonian with this adapter: ♦ working distance of the KORW3 Wynne corrector is 64 mm ♦ 9 mm optical path to be subtracted - so 55 mm remain from the M48x0.75 male thread on the adapter. Ideal therefore for all photo adaptations ♦ The exact working distance can be established with suitable adaptations and tuning rings.

The first step is to screw the M68 accessories into the M68M86n adapter. This can be done from both sides, depending on the intended use (e.g. optics or other adapters). If the M68 accessory is not too wide, the already screwed together unit can be completely countersunk into the eyepiece extension without loss of light path. It is often bought together with the adapter "M68M63M48p" (see photo below), in order to be able to countersink the Riccardi Reducer in the eyepiece extension without tilting. ASI T2-Tilter - Tilt flange Adjustment of image plane and sensor position Many astrophotographers know the problem: You focus as good as possible and in 1-2 corners the sharpness is still not satisfying. The result is a bad compromise, by changing the sharpness setting until the stars appear relatively evenly "sharp" or by simply cutting away the corner. Some possible causes of this problem: ♦ a slight tilt of the camera sensor (only a few fractions of a millimeter are enough) ♦ a tilt of the focuser ♦ a slight tilt of the field plane of the telescope (very common with Newtonian telescopes) ♦ a tilting of the eyepiece-side accessories during clamping This is the solution: With the ASI T2 tilter you simply adjust the chip of the camera to the field of the telescope, no matter where the cause of the tilt comes from. You only have to keep the orientation of the whole adapters, correctors and camera. Connecting the camera to the tilter: In principle, any suitable camera can be connected to the tilter via the T2 thread. However, additional bores also allow the connection directly to the camera body on the following ZWO cameras: ♦ ASI294/ASI1600/ASI183/ASI533 Pro cooled ♦ ASI294/ASI1600/ASI183/ASI174 uncooled With the ASI071 and ASI 2600 Pro the housing is differently dimensioned, the direct connection does not work.
