The sun finder enables precise manual pre-adjustment of the telescope to the sun:

• Front aperture: A small, precisely defined hole allows sunlight to shine through in a point-like manner.
• Rear ring system: Several concentric rings help to perfectly centre the light spot.
• Once the light spot is centred, the Seestar S50 is already very close to the sun – the automatic fine adjustment then works reliably.

Integrated filter holder

The scope of delivery includes a custom-fit holder for the original ZWO solar filter that comes with the Seestar S50. No tinkering, no conversion – just insert the filter, mount the sun finder, and get started.
