This dovetail mounting plate provides a stable platform for attaching a telescope optics tube to an equatorial mount. It is fully compatible with finderscopes, finderscope anchors, and equatorial mounts, ensuring versatile use. Made from extruded anodized aluminum, the full metal alloy construction combines lightweight design with ultra-strong support.

A dual dovetail nodal slide runs vertically along the length of the plate, allowing precise positioning of mounted equipment exactly where it is needed. The integrated 1/4" standard thread adds additional mounting options, making it easy to connect accessories and quickly switch between tripod and other setups.

Installation is straightforward: the tube ring (sold separately) is bolted to the dovetail plate, which is then secured into the dovetail groove of the equatorial head (also sold separately).
