SVBony SV505C – compact planetary camera with a powerful IMX464 sensor
The SVBony SV505C is a modern colour planetary camera designed specifically for amateur astronomers who wish to capture the Moon and planets in great detail. At its heart is the Sony IMX464 sensor in 1/1.8-inch format, which offers impressive light sensitivity thanks to a high QE value of around 80 % – particularly in the near-infrared range. This makes the camera ideal for capturing images of Mars, Jupiter and Saturn and fine features on the Moon’s surface.
With USB 3.0, the SV505C achieves up to 93 fps at full resolution, which is ideal for lucky imaging techniques.
