Product description

To reduce light pollution. UHC filters have been developed to selectively reduce the transmission of certain wavelengths of light, particularly those produced by artificial light. These include mercury vapour and both high- and low-pressure sodium vapour lamps, as well as the unwanted natural light caused by neutral oxygen emissions in our atmosphere.
The new high-contrast Svbony UHC filters offer improved contrast compared to standard broadband filters. The sky background appears darker, and the contrast of deep-sky objects, such as emission nebulae, is noticeably enhanced
It can be used not only for astronomical observations, but also for astrophotography
