- 128MB DDRII buffer – The SV705C features an integrated 128MB DDRIII image buffer. The advantage of the image buffer is that it temporarily stores the image in memory and transfers it to the computer when the USB interface is not fully utilised or is interrupted, ensuring that the frame is not lost or corrupted. This buffer also enables even a slower computer with USB 3.0 to capture every frame without loss, even if the USB bus is occasionally occupied by other peripherals. This buffer also allows another camera to be operated on the same computer alongside the SV705C without any USB transmission issues.
- ST4 Guiding-It is equipped with an ST4 guiding port, supported by PHD2 and the ASCOM platform. You can connect the camera to the mount via a guiding cable and control the device using software on your computer. You will also need filters and other accessories to achieve the best results.
