The compact FS-60CB Apo can be upgraded to a 60/600 f/10 quadruplet Apo with this 1.7x Q-module. Optically, this version is superior to the FS-60CB. The Q-module reduces spherical and chromatic aberration and also flattens the image field. Note the spot diagram below the images, top with and bottom without the Q-module – the difference is remarkable. If you want to use the FS-60CB as a Richfield telescope again, simply remove the Q-module, giving you two telescopes in one.

However, the FS-60 is also available ex-factory with this module as the FS-60Q. It is also compatible with the new FS-60CP version with a stronger focuser, but it also fits the larger FC-76DCU (with divisible tube), resulting in a 76/954mm f/12.6 quadruplet apo (FC-76Q).
