Because the centre markings on some telescopes make it difficult to accurately assess the actual centre, or because the centre markings are not affixed centrally, we have developed a target disc for OCAL collimators. This target disc makes it possible to see and assess the centre clearly. Absolutely unambiguous!
ATTENTION! Due to manufacturing tolerances, there may be slight deviations in both the target discs and the threads of the OCALs. The target disc should be inserted into the thread of the OCAL from the front with minimal play. If the target disc is too tight in your combination, carefully sand the outer edge with sandpaper until the target disc can be inserted. Please handle with care, as the ridges are very thin and can break if too much pressure is applied.
