DEC Motor Modul for AP Mount

The DEC motor module from Vixen allows the declination axis to be controlled by a motor in conjunction with the RA motor module #25804. 
This makes it possible to make fine adjustments without touching the mount. This is essential for astrophotography with longer exposure times and focal lengths.
