Smartphone Camera Adapter

Designed to pinch the barrel of visual back or eyepiece having grip of 32mm to 53mm (between 1,26" and 2,08") in diameter. With supplementary pinch sleeves, having grip of 19mm to 43mm (between 0,75" and 1,69") in diameter.
The eyepiece pinch posts hold an eyepiece simultaneously by turning the eyepiece clamp knob simply.
The vertical and horizontal clamp arms with rubber claw hold a smartphone securely and they enable you to set the camera lens in line with the center of the eyepiece's field of view easily.
Eyepieces with long eye relief are recommended to minimize vignetting of images.

How to use

The size of smartphones between 58mm and 110m in width (minor axis length) and between 108mm and 200mm in height (major axis length) can be attached on this adapter.

 

A thickness of less the smartphone has to be than 15mm.

Screw for tight up or loosen is placed behind of Vixen Smartphone Adapter.

 

Attachment rings are removable. Vixen Smartphone Adapter can be used for astronomical eyepiece, binoculars, Spotting Scopes, microscopes.

Left picture shows that attachment rings are put on Vixen Smartphone Adapter.

 

Tightness can be adjusted by rotating fine tuning knob(silver piece on the left picture).

Smartphone is placed on Vixen Smartphone Adapter.

 

When Smartphone is placed, please pay attention for centering the camera lens on the hole on Vixen Smartphone Adapter.

Left picture shows Vixen Smartphone Adapter attached on Vixen Atrek Light 6x30 binocular.

It is reccommended to put your Smartphone before attaching Vixen Smartphone Adapter on optical instruments.

Turn on camera mode of your smartphone and ready for shooting.
