The Vixen VSD70ss hard case is specifically designed for the VSD70ss refractor offering ample space around the optical tube to store a wide range of accessories. For example, it provides secure storage for tube rings, the reducer V0.79x, the 60DX wide-angle photo adapter, or many other small items.
The case is made from Plapearl, a newly developed material that is exceptionally durable, highly resistant, and remarkably lightweight. Compared to an equivalent aluminium case, it is approximately 30% lighter.

Thanks to its seamless design—aside from the opening—the material provides outstanding airtightness. In addition to ensuring the necessary structural rigidity, it also features superior cushioning to protect delicate instruments.
